Connie Flowers

Connie is Co-owner and Executive Broker of the firm.  She first received her real estate license in 1975 and worked with Century 21 in the Batesville/Newport area.  She re-entered real estate in 1994 and has since achieved the Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Producer and the Realtor's Gold Award.

Jerry Flowers

Jerry is Co-owner and Principal Broker of the firm.  He retired from the military after 25 years of service and received his real estate license in 1994.  Jerry has served on the Greers Ferry Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and held the position of Treasurer for 2 years and the position of Vice President for almost a year.  He has also  achieved the status of Lifetime Million Dollar and Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Producer from the Realtors Association.

Carolyn Hall

Carolyn is a "return" Sales Associate with Preferred Real Estate who originally received her license in 1984.  She worked in the Batesville, AR area and moved to Greers Ferry in 1998 and became a Million Dollar Producer her very first year with us.  She left the area because of family but has just recently returned  to the Greers Ferry Area and is ready to sell real estate.  She is looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones.  Please stop in and get re-acquainted or call 870-307-1106 or 870-251-4078.

Gloria Thompson

Mrs. Gloria Thompson who moved to the Greers Ferry area in 2002 and has been in the real estate industry in this area since 2003 will be a definite asset to the staff at Preferred Real Estate. Her husband of 20 years, Coy, is employed locally at the U.S. Bank and they both reside in Mystic Isle in Edgemont.  Mrs. Thompson also has 5 sons and 5 grandchildren.  Mrs. Thompson was raised in Walnut Ridge, AR and sold real estate in the Jonesboro area from 1981 to 1985. She has received the Award for Excellence (Gold Award) in 2004 and also the Award for Excellence (Diamond Team) in 2005.  Preferred Real Estate is lucky to have Gloria with us......she will be glad to share her experience and expertise with any of our customers and clients. Renee Lemoine

Renee Lemoine, a two year resident of Greers Ferry, has joined the Preferred Real Estate team. Renee moved here after living in Dallas Texas for the last 15 years employed in the Technology field. She is originally from North Little Rock and currently lives off Christopher Drive.  Renee has furthered her education by attending UCA, SMU and UALR colleges. Upon arriving in Greers Ferry she purchased Daylight Donuts with a friend which they sold when she decided to go in to the real estate field.
